Josiah Shaffer

Standing with over 15 years of experience in lending, Josiah has developed a passion for helping individuals and families secure affordable loans. His experience in lending allows him to guide clients through the process of purchasing, building, or refinancing their homes smoothly. Josiah takes pride in making the journey of homeownership as seamless as possible. He chose F&M because of their commitment to local decision-making and fast loan closings. Josiah is also a major advocate for giving back to the community financially and by volunteering. In addition, Josiah serves as a Board of Secretary for the Piqua Arts Council, Treasurer for the Family Abuse Shelter of Miami County, and is an active member of Kiwanis.
