Shantel takes great care in helping borrowers throughout the loan process. As a former teacher, she takes extra time with each customer to make sure they fully know their options and understand the features and benefits of loan products. Shantel’s favorite part of her job is teaching borrowers how to make educated decisions. She always looks at borrowers’ entire stories and finds products that best fulfill their needs.
